The Art Of Kicking

Every martial art styles have their very own ways of kicking. But, very few martial art students/instructors knows about Internal Kicks as Tai Chi Ch'uan & QiGong have their very own systems of kicking.

Internal Kicks are both soft and hard chi as the energy manifest through the legs gently pushing the opponent off balance. Just like using the hand/arms the practitioner softly move the individual in a circular motion defeating the attacker while manipulating his or her energy.

How to increase both soft and hard chi in the legs, gently used the whole legs in a pushing manner instead of snapping or striking with full power or using external force.
