The Art Of Gentleness Indie Films VIDEO PRODUCTION Contract
The individual/group/business hereby agrees to hire The Art Of Gentleness Indie Films for a one-time payment of $250.00 (non-refundable) to capture through video production his/her/their live event for the purpose of designing/creating media for personal/promotional/commercial use. The one-time cash payment of $250.00 (non-refundable) is due at the signing of the contract and will cover the shooting of only one live event for a time period not to exceed three hours for each individual/group/business. Should the shooting/filming exceed the three-hour limit, each individual/group/business will be required to pay an additional $150.00 per hour. The individual/group/business also agrees to pay an additional $25.00 per hour for the editing of each video for personal/promotional/commercial use. The individual/group/business also agrees to cover all the travel expenses of The Art Of Gentleness Indie Films including transportation, food and suitable lodging as required. The individual/group/business is responsible for securing the location and assembling all personnel needed and equipment required for each live event as well as ensuring the safety of all personnel involved in the event. The Art Of Gentleness Indie Films is responsible for supervising and instructing artists and technicians as well as any and all other personnel involved in the event for video production including, but not limited to, personnel in charge of lighting, set design and sound recordings. The Art Of Gentleness Indie Films agrees to provide all the professional equipment such as high-definition digital camcorder/camera and supplies such as batteries, charger, flashes, tripod, and microphone needed to capture/shoot the event in high definition as well as utilize any and all sound and images for the purpose of desiging/creating media for personal/promotional/commercial use. The Art Of Gentleness Indie Films agrees to edit the video to the length previously agreed upon, have it digitally mastered on to DVD and provide a FREE copy to the individual/group/business within 21 business days, three weeks after shooting. The Art Of Gentleness Indie Films will retain the copyright to the original/master DVD for the purpose of advertising, promoting and marketing any and all other endeavors of The Art Of Gentleness Indie Films. The individual/group/business that has hired The Art Of Gentleness Indie Films to shoot/film their music video[s] hereby certifies that the music/song/lyrics presented is his/her/their very own creation and that this music/song/lyrics in no way resembles, reflects nor is any way identical to anyone else’s music/song/lyrics. Each music material presented must also be protected by copyright and the individual/group/business will retain the original version as well as all rights to the music/song/lyrics. The Art Of Gentleness Indie Films retains the right to refuse to capture/shoot any event that promotes racism, discrimination, or abuse in any form whether it’s physical / verbal / sexual to any one individual / group, or promote discrimination against any person / business / religion!

The Art Of Gentleness Indie Films is also dedicated to work with individuals who want to create professional looking video for Special Event: Weddings Reunions Small Business / Commercial Martial Artist / Martial Art Schools For a one time payment of $250.00 (for three hours) capture through video production live events for the purpose of designing / creating media for personal, promotional, and commercial use. Also for the low price of $25.00 pr. hr. voiceover, music sound, editing. Video for commercial use range from 15 to 30 seconds. Video for online use range from 5 minutes to 10 minutes. Video for personal use range 30 minutes to 1 hour. Video shoot / filming in The United States only. All travel expensive would be taken care by individual, group, and business. |
